FARBA monitors the sustainability and continuous improvement of a healthy and safe work environment with occupational health and safety objectives, has aimed to improve the occupational health and safety culture with continuous improvement and excellence through proactive implementation and occupational health and safety activities throughout the year.



Proactive Occupational Safety Management

Occupational Health and safety culture in Farba, with the support of senior management, has become a leader in the sector in line with legal regulations as a result of reinforcing practices and activities.
Occupational Health and safety activities the decrease in the number of occupational accidents within the company every year, 0 occupational accidents and 0 occupational diseases have allowed us to approach our target one more step each year.
For this purpose, we focus on the sensitivity and seriousness of the subject with our activities during the year.

Our Work Safety Month Activities:
Every year in February in Farba , it is celebrated as “occupational health and Safety Month”. In this month, Occupational Health and safety practices and projects aiming to raise the awareness of employees are carried out and the fact that occupational health and safety will be strengthened with the contribution of all employees is adopted. The activities are organized to cover both the employees and their families and this culture is provided to be vaccinated.

Stop6 Plant Audit:
Based on annual audit plan , with the participation of senior management, “Stop6 plant audit” is made every week and the risk is determined before the accident and the probability of the accident is prevented.
Audit teams are formed by combining departmental employees within the company with the cross-audit principle, aiming to prevent awareness and blindness.

KYT-KYG Training System:
In addition to the trainings we provide in accordance with the legal legislation, we aim to enable the personnel to adopt occupational health and safety culture with more specific trainings; We aim to teach systematic and scientific studies in order to be able to detect with a better angle and to create a better working environment.



Environmental Management System

has ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, aims to use energy efficiently by preventing environmental pollution at its source, and believes in the need to leave a livable world for future generations, committed to continuous improvement of the sustainable environmental management system on concrete targets and committed to protecting the environment for this purpose.

In order to increase environmental awareness , the month of June is celebrated as “ the month of the environment” in our factory.

In this month, social awareness activities and environmental awareness were targeted. With the regular social responsibility projects carried out during the year, it is aimed to reduce the factors causing environmental pollution.
For this purpose, domestic waste oils and waste batteries collected in the homes of our employees are collected and sent to recycling facilities in accordance with the legal regulations.
