A fair and objective assessment is made by the Human Resources Department and the operation of a selection and placement process appropriate to the company's culture is carried out.

The recruitment process begins with identifying the requirements. Every year in the budget period, labour force planning is made on the basis of departments and the number of personnel planned to be recruited during the year is determined on the basis of the department. Apart from this, recruitment is made instead of the personnel who leave for various reasons during the year.

Business applications received from different sources, such as e-mail, website, career portals or the recommendation of company's personnel, are accepted by our company.

Following the inspection of the applications, candidates are given a competency based interview, personality inventory test according to position and English test. The interviews are conducted by department managers and the Human Resources Department. A job offer is made by the Human Resources Department to the eligible candidates. The recruitment process is completed after the candidate who completes the required documents start working on the designated date.

Through the trainings provided according to the requirements of the personnel, we aim to further improve the current and future positions of them.

The personnel at all levels of the organization receive training according to the organizational needs, company's goals, individual goals and personal development needs as to contribute to their technical and individual development. Under the light of the results of the performance measurement and evaluation and in accordance with the training needs analysis that arises as a result of interviews made with the department managers every year; the trainings to be taken during the year are determined based on company/department/personnel and so a training plan is formed. Unplanned trainings are also included in the Annual Training Plan for all our personnel if priorities change and new needs arise.

Feedbacks are received from the personnel on the training they took and these feedbacks are definitely assessed in future trainings.

Performance Management System aims to achieve the success of the organization and at the same time enable the personnel with exhibit higher performance by reducing the corporate goals of VLE to individual goals. Personnel work to achieve their individual goals under the goals of VLE. While different career paths are offered to the personnel after each year's performance evaluation period, they are also awarded in parallel with their achievements.

When determining the salaries and vested benefits of our white collar personnel, their competencies, the duties and responsibilities they undertake, their trainings and work experience are taken into consideration. Competitive salary structure is provided in salary increases by considering inflation development, sector specific salary data and performance evaluation results. The salary increases for our Blue Collar personnel base on the Collective Labour Agreement.

Your salary package is constituted of position based; salary, premium, bonus, transportation aid, private health insurance, company telephone and corporate vehicle facilities.

Our leave policy has been enriched with additional leaves through taking into account the requirements of personnel concerning the leave periods.
